Each year every Ministry will be encouraged to undergo a time of review and planning in October. This will be strategic for the Ministry and help prepare the Ministry for the coming year. Event Pack
It is so important that careful planning and prayer go into the preparation for an event. There are many aspects of preparation including child safety and the purpose of the event. The Safe Church Team have prepared an Event Application Form that we ask to be filled out and handed to the Team two months out from the date of the event. Download the Event Application Form. After the Safe Church Team assesses the safety issues related to the event it will then be passed to the Church Leadership Team (Elders and Deacons) who will responsible for the authorisation of the Event.
