Word For Kids

Children are precious to God, and Jesus emphasised this in His teaching. We believe strongly in the church’s mandate to protect and care for children and vulnerable people just as Christ did in His ministry on earth.

We are part of the Creating Safe Spaces program and are committed to the safety of all people in our church and community, especially children. You can also learn about the Creating Safe Spaces initiative here.

FOR PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY | EVERY SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY

10:00AM Kids’ Church

Kids’ Church is available during the message time (sermon) and is led by experienced teachers. However, we don’t mind if you would rather keep your children with you during the entire church service. We understand children wiggle and make noise, and we’re completely okay with that!

12:00PM Kids’ & Youth Sunday School

Sunday School is available for children and youth during our 12:00 noon Congolese service every Sunday.

Wednesday Night Fellowship Kids’ & Youth

Gather and Grow is our Wednesday night fellowship program. From 5:30PM to 8:00PM we run a program that involves the whole family. A Children and Youth program is part of the night.

Girls’ Brigade

Girls’ Brigade is a national program for girls from late Primary through High School. A chapter of Girls’ Brigade meets at 124 Jessie Street, Armidale, each Thursday night. You can learn more about the Girls’ Brigade program here.
