Read 3 John 11-12
“Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God. 12 Demetrius is well spoken of by everyone – and even by the truth itself. We also speak well of him, and you know that our testimony is true.” (NIVUK)
Much like the Israelites before them, there are those in the church who refused to know God. Isiaah records in chapter 5 what will become of them. The Lord’s anger burns against them. They trade light for darkness and call evil good. We however are children of the most high, and we are to let our lights shine to expose the darkness so let us shine our lights bright!
How bright is your light to others? Do people see light or darkness when looking at you?
