Read 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.” (NIVUK)
When was the last time you prayed for someone like this? Paul’s prayer is that they be completed by God. That He finish the work He has begun in them. That when Jesus returns there be no blemishes and they are newly created in His presence and free from blame. He prays this with confidence because Paul knows the faithfulness of God. Spend some time in prayer today for those you know and love that they too will know the peace God provides.
